KC's massive O-line is on a roll and I can see them wearing out Tampa pretty quick this week with their undersized DE's.

Everybody in the world seems to be on KC this week, including myself. The way they played the last 2 weeks I can't imagine them not covering this line. GL!

Im with you on this one chad

I dont have a lot of confidence in KC overall based on how they played their first 5 games but I'm a sucker for a team that is going in one direction vs a team heading in the other.

The line does look strange I must admit. I don't let stuff like that scare me. KC's O-Line will have their way with Tamp's D'Line bank on it. As bad as KC's offense is I don't see Tampa scoring more then 17.

I am on the jets too

just wondering what it is that you see in the bengals?

I thought they had a shot last week but it didnt pan out - now I'm wondering if I've been giving them too many chances, Dallas at pk right now.

Looking at the last few weeks I think they've been put up against some tough competition and when thye got a shot at a team that was more on their level they took advantage and beat detroit by 10. They also handled cleveland (which cinncy didnt come close to doing). Has that much changed at cinncy since the cleveland game? They beat denver which on the face of it seemed impressive - however Denver's october wins havent exactly been against teams on the upswing... (tampa carolina, oakland)

Well to be honest I see nothing in my rankings to favor the Bengals. I am on them simply because they are at home. On my sheet they are dead even, but because the Bungles are at home they are favored -3 and if there is a 3 point or greater disparity I can find I bet it. Sometimes (like this) I hate it, but the system has treated me well the past three years.

Id take the 17-4-1 and whittle it down with some logic

This year they are 1-1-1 in that stat

and last year they were only favored at home by less than 4 once (-3.5) and they lost by 7 to GB.

1-2-1 in two years for that stat.

The year before that was the superbowl year in which they went 4-1 at home as either a dog or chalk of 4 or less.

In other words you are saying "ignore the last two years of tampas play and look at their performance in the superbowl year two years ago when they went 4-1"

not particularly compelling when you look at it that way is it?

Chad, you're one of my favorite dudes here, but, I must say, I hope you crash and burn on that K.C. call. (But you probably won't.)

Good luck with the rest.

Space.
